| Job Description: |
As a Spoken English Tutor, you will be responsible for helping students enhance their conversational English skills. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, providing constructive feedback, and tailoring teaching methods to meet individual student needs. You will play a crucial role in building students\' confidence and fluency in spoken English.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one or group lessons focused on spoken English.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to students\' proficiency levels.
- Assess students\' language proficiency and track their progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their speaking skills.
- Encourage participation and facilitate effective communication among students.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit various learning styles and needs.
- Assist students in preparing for language proficiency exams, if required.
- Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in English. (Candidates with certified skills from Berlitz or PACC or any institution with similar standards will be preferred.)
- Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience.
- Native or near-native proficiency in spoken English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in teaching English as a second language is a plus.
