Job Description:

We're looking for a courteous and efficient Call Center Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients. In this role, you'll be instrumental in handling incoming calls, addressing inquiries about document attestations, and guiding customers through our appointment booking procedures. Your ability to provide clear, accurate information with a professional demeanor will be key to ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.

  • Provide accurate information regarding various document attestation processes, requirements, and timelines.

  • Guide customers on booking appointments for document submission and collection.

  • Resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and call outcomes.

  • Adhere to call quality standards and company procedures.

  • Continuously learn and stay updated on all attestation requirements and internal processes.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Urdu.

  • Clear and articulate speaking voice with strong active listening skills.

  • Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining composure and efficiency.

  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate customer service software (training provided).

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, especially in a call center environment.

  • A basic understanding of document attestation processes is an advantage, though comprehensive training will be provided.

  • Ability to be empathetic and patient with diverse customer needs.
