The Submission Officer will be responsible for the accurate and timely collection, verification, and submission of documents for UAE attestation from clients in Pakistan. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and thoroughly review client documents for UAE attestation, ensuring all required paperwork is complete and meets UAE embassy/consulate and Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) standards.

• Verify the authenticity and validity of documents as per established protocols.

• Guide clients through the attestation process, answering queries and providing clear instructions.

• Maintain accurate records of all submitted documents and their status.

• Liaise effectively with internal teams and potentially courier services for secure document transit.

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to document handling and data privacy.

• Stay updated on the latest UAE attestation requirements and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a document handling, administrative, or customer service role.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with UAE attestation processes is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree required.
