Responsibilities

•  Build relationships with prospective clients
•  Generate leads, set appointments, and present business proposals to potential customers through various communication channels, including face-to-face meetings, telephone calls, e-mails, etc.
•  Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
•  Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers.
•  Manage the sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
•  Prepare sales & marketing activity reports.
• On the spot, resolve client complaints or inform the senior about complaints beyond his scope.
• Maintain discipline among various members of the team.
• Required a strong grip on Sales and Recovery tasks.
• Other tasks related to sales were assigned by seniors.
