Act as the main point of contact for both internal teams and external clients Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, maintaining excellent service standards Coordinate with different departments to streamline operations and improve workflow Serve as a liaison, clearly communicating client needs to internal teams and ensuring they are met Maintain detailed records of client communications, transactions, and service history Prepare regular performance and activity reports for management Support the creation and improvement of operational procedures and policies - Identify and suggest ways to enhance customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness
