We are hiring Sales Executive who are motivated, energetic, and ready to build a career in the U.S. trucking dispatch industry. Both experienced professionals and fresh candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to trucking companies in the U.S. to offer dispatching services.

• Generate and qualify sales leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Understand client needs and communicate solutions effectively.

• Meet weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Maintain CRM and reporting systems.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Confident and persuasive personality.

• Ability to work night shifts (U.S. time zone).

• Basic understanding of the U.S. trucking/dispatch industry is a plus.

• Experience in sales, BPO, or logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
