| Job Description: |
- Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and personal files.
- Ensure timely registration and updates of employees with EOBI and Social Security.
- Maintain compliance with Labour Laws, EOBI regulations, and social security policies.
- Assist in processing employee onboarding, orientation, and exit formalities.
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (attendance, benefits, leaves, etc.).
- Coordinate with government departments and handle inspections or audits when required.
- Address basic employee queries related to benefits, policies, and compliance.
- Maintain and update HR databases and documentation.
- Assist in organizing employee welfare activities and engagement programs.
- Support HR in drafting letters, memos, and reports.
