Job Description: |
- Develop comprehensive media buying strategies tailored mainly to Meta and TikTok. And addition of Pinterest, Snapchat, and other platforms, considering the target audience, campaign objectives, and budget allocation.
- Create and manage advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok, including campaign setup, ad creation, targeting, and optimization.
- Experience working with Google Shop, Google My Business, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Google Trends
- Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.
- Devise and implement effective A/B tests to optimise conversion rates.
- Write engaging and concise copy, and modify CTAs to boost click-through rates + conversion rates.
- Conduct thorough audience research and analysis to identify relevant targeting options and optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyse data, and generate actionable insights to optimize campaign performance and achieve KPIs.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives optimized for all platforms.
- Stay updated on market trends, platform updates, and best practices for Meta and TikTok advertising.
- Create shops on Tiktok, Meta, Google, & Pinterest and manage them.
- Manage relationships with advertising partners, negotiate rates, and ensure campaign objectives are met within budget constraints.
- Provide regular reports and performance updates to internal stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations for optimization.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of international experience in media buying, focusing on Meta and TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat advertising platforms.
- Having experience in Meta and TikTok Shops.
- Must have experience in running ads for international e-commerce.
- Media Buying: Must have managed monthly ad spend over $50k.
- Revenue: Must have worked with brands with revenues over $1M+ a month.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, research, communication, and collaboration skills.
