| Job Description: |
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Executive professional to manage billing, collections, and cash application processes. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely invoicing, monitor outstanding balances, and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate prompt payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and send accurate invoices to clients/customers. Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts. Follow up on overdue payments via calls, emails, and written correspondence. Maintain and update customer account records. Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted. Process and record incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures. Resolve payment discrepancies and respond to client billing inquiries. Prepare AR reports, aging reports, and cash flow forecasts. Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams regarding billing issues. Assist with month-end closing processes and audits.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience (1–3 years) in an Accounts Receivable or similar role. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. |
