| Job Description: |
- Support in managing the Legal affairs of the Company including without limitation to the Corporate laws, Commercial laws, Consumer laws, Intellectual Properties (Trade Mark Registration, Patent Drafting), Taxation and Money Claims.
- Provide legal assistance, organizing various legal activities, completing them, creating legal documents and advising the clients or the organization on all the relevant legal issues.
- Writing, reviewing and drafting Contracts and Agreements and other legal documents.
- Stay up to date on all current laws and make legal recommendations accordingly.
