The Community Outreach Officer will be the main contact person between the community stakeholders and the TSW team. This individual will be required to carry out survey of various locations of Karachi as well as make contact with institutions where activities of the program willl be conducted. The Community Field Officer needs to be affable, punctual and reliable so that all activities on ground are run smoothly and on time.   Minimum Qualification: Bachelors BBA in Human Resources. 3 - 4 years of experience in a similar role.   The Community Outreach Officer will be responsible for:

• Hiring and management of team


• Permissions and security for photowalk locations and venues for program activities


• Responsibility of food and refreshments for all related activities of the program


• Design, finalise and manage the transport plan of the entire program


• Responsible for all purchases and printing related to the program


• Organisation, distribution and storage of all material related to the program


• Management and coordination of volunteer team
