We are looking for two highly motivated CSRs who will be responsible for managing our International and local ecommerce stores.
The candidate will provide customer support on Chat, Phone and Email.
Job Specification (International Store)
• Candidates should be fluent in English language, along with good English Accent.
• Proven customer support experience
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiar with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

• Excellent communication skills for handling customers over phone, chat and emails.
