Job Description:

An ideal candidate would have good English fluency and ability to carry out conversation, target oriented approach, call centre experience preferably, should be hardworking, self-motivated and a good team player. The potential candidates must possess excellent communication skills, an attractive telephone voice and exceptional sales skills.


Principle Responsibilities of the successful candidate:



  • Responding to inbound & outbound inquiries over the phone.

  • Exceptional communication skills which must lead to customer satisfaction.

  • The candidate must have an English accent that is either neutral or native to the UK

  • The candidate must be driven and motivated and must be willing and able to achieve challenging sales targets.

  • The candidate must be well organized and possess excellent work ethics. The nature of work will require handling multiple customers and multiple followups, disciplined working habits are a must.
