Incumbent will be Responsible for:
- Prepare and record entries of Rebate, drawback, invoice on SAP and excel software.
- Prepare and follow-up shipping documents.
- Follow-up and reply every email on timely manners.
- Coordination with Banks, other departments, clearing agents, and shipping lines.
