· Ensure timely and accurately processing and disbursement of monthly payroll to different banks after all necessary approvals.
· Review monthly reconciliations with all supporting documents.
· Ensure that all employee records are fully maintained and stored in a most efficient, accurate and secure way without compromising its confidentiality, integrity and quality.
· Review the accurate processing of new joining, change of conditions, promotions, salary changes, resignation, etc.
· Review and ensure the accurate and timely processing of all employee related disbursements and payments including salary advances, PF withdrawals, overtimes, incentives, relocation claims, expense claims, final settlements, income tax, EOBI, SESSI, PESSI, other payments, etc.
· Effectively coordinate with EOBI, social security, labour, other government officials and Bank’s Legal department to ensure compliance with required government regulations.
· Prepare, review and share weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports with relevant stakeholders.
· Provide full support to all internal and external audits/reviews related to payroll, employee records and HR operations.
Actively contribute in different improvement initiatives and projects by identifying opportunities for improvement and implement appropriate solutions where required.
