| Job Description: |
· Preparation of Financial Statements & assist in External/internal Audit
· Checking the working of monthly Sales Tax Return before submitting
· Checking weekly bank reconciliations
· Co-ordinate all corporate matter like responding / handling all inquiries and notices
· Checking the working of withholding tax return and ensuring the submission of withholding tax return
· Co-ordinate in all Income Tax and Sales Tax related matters
- Managing petty cash transactions
Required Skills:
- Honest and discreet attitude when dealing with company accounts
- Comprehensive knowledge of spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals
- The ability to maintain clear and accurate financial records
- Computer literacy and the ability to use various specialist applications
- Reasonable word processing skills
- An organized and methodical approach to working
