Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls, chats/emails from lead/customers
• Educate customers about the product, understand their requirements, and help them get started with us
• Test different tactics and channels to optimize the sales process
• Bring feedback from customers and prospects to make our services better
• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

The ideal candidate should have:

• Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
• Interest in learning new things
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Continuously improve through feedback
• Strong persuasive skills to the international clients
• Past experience in sales is preferred but not required
