Job Description:

·         To follow-up with Field staff and collect all report on time as on provided timelines

·         To maintain and update teachers information in database

·         To maintain and update students / learner database as required in the online database

·         To manage the overall data and develop reports as and on requirement basis

·         To readily prepare the reports required on certain frequency basis.

·         To ensure accuracy of reports before providing to management

·         To manage the collection of data from different quartets on timely basis.

·         To develop the procedures for efficient consolidation and analysis of data

·         To manage the data entry in relevant forms capturing from given sources

·         To ensure data backup on daily and weekly basis

·         To support hardware and software operation

·         To setup and support network troubleshooting

·         Any other assignment given by the management in the interest of the organization

·         Report to Manager IT

 Required Skills:

  • Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Excellent computer skills including Excel.

The schools now have more than 600 students, about 61% of them girls. BRAC also initiated a health program in 2009, with services in Punjab's Sahiwal and Pakpattan districts and NWFP's Nowshera district. The program trains local health workers and volunteers to provide basic health care and health education to families and communities.
