Job Description:

ZEPCOM is looking for a talented 'Communications Designer' with up-to-date knowledge to interpret brand messaging and to design solutions with high visual impact.

The candidate will be working on a variety of design assets including packaging, digital banners, website, social media design assets, corporate identity etc. He will be part of globally distributed high-performance team driving the creative direction for an e-commerce startup (incubated by ZEPCOM) operating in the organic wellbeing space.

The ideal candidate must have:

· Excellent communication skills.

· Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.

· Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas

· Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc.)

Responsibilities:

· Define creative guidelines for the brand

· Take design briefs from brand/business analysts to define scope of work

· Design creative assets including packaging, digital media banners, website banners, infographics etc.

· Prepare wireframes and drafts to present his ideas for team meetings

· Work with a team of copywriters, interaction designers, web developers, marketers and business analysts
