| Job Description: |
1. Proactively manage executives varied obligations from senior leadership, staff, external clients and field commitments.
2. Align executives’ priorities with incoming requests to effectively plan ahead so key priorities are met first.
3. Ensure project planning methods are used when necessary to track executive’s projects.
4. Support executives in internal and external communications.
5. Coordinate and ensure timelines of executives contact catalogs/files.
6. Prepare correspondence, reports and other documents and material, maintain files.
7. Maintains appointment and meeting calendars, arrange meetings.
8. Manage conference room schedule.
9. Prepare minutes of meetings conducted by executives.
10. Collect/manage all documentations from various departments and present them to executives at designated times.
Arrange appointments as required. Prepare dashboard for executives. Any other tasks assigned by CEO. |
