Job Description:

In subordination of Head HR, manage and improve the whole Recruitment & Selection processes. Process all hiring requests and complete the entire R&S process in an effective and efficient manner.

 

  • Ensure provision of quality human resource against the announced positions.

  • Design Advertisements, publish it in Newspaper and also upload advertisements on web.

  • Create a pool of CVs and shortlist them according to Job Specifications.

  • Schedule interviews of the shortlisted candidates.

  • Ensure provision of administrative support to the new comer

Also plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.

Responsible for finalization of Offer/ Appointment letter and Salary package on the predefined format with Head HR. Also plays a vital role in processing of Payroll and managed facilities for new comers properly:

  • Staff Accommodation

  • Pick& Drop Services

  • Allowances

  • Insurance

In coordination with the department Heads develop Job Descriptions of their departments and present it to the Head HR for review and approval. On the basis of these Job descriptions finally comprise a Job description Manual.

Conduct exit interviews of all positions before processing of final payment and tries to identify reasons that why employees are leaving the Organization and consolidate a report for Head HR on monthly basis.

In subordination of Head HR oversee the Organizational Development and promote culture of personal, professional and Organizational development. Get operative the Training& Development function and in Coordination with Executive Director develop and conduct effective employee training programs.

  • Conduct proper TNA at Group Level so that deficiency of the workforce may be traced properly,

  • On the basis of analysis Design relevant skills development training events for the workforce.

  • Keeping in view the design Develop the content of the training program.

  • Arrange and conduct training sessions

  • In the end get evaluate the workforce and check whether supporting job skills will be developed or not

In subordination of Head HR design, develop and amend Performance Appraisal Forms.

Visit sites and Liaising with the Health and Safety In-charge and encourage him in development of HSE related policies for the workforce and also ensure that statutory requirements are met including Safety Training, Safety documentation etc. Also ensure full compliance in areas of first aid, fire safety, accident prevention etc

In subordination of Head HR design, develop and implement employee recognition programs.

Ensure timely issuance of the contract/ confirmation/ experience letters

Ensure monthly payroll processing of all the staff joining and final payment of the staff leaving the organization.

Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates.

Update and Maintains HRIS Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database.

Administer Accidental Insurance plans by including enrollments and terminations by processing required documents through payroll and insurance provider. Also ensure accurate record keeping and proper deductions and present a detailed report to Head HR on monthly basis.

Manage Attendance and Leave Management system with the support of concerned staff. Also update it if required.

Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job descriptions, working conditions, Salary/ wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.

Stays abreast of current developments in the Human Resources field including legal requirements.

Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships
