| Job Description: |
- To manage all the administrative and general purchase related activities of the company.
- To execute or renew the service contractsTo manage & schedule all the safety and security arrangement for the company.
- To coordinate with all government departments regarding EOBI, PESSI and look after mployee’s life insurance.
- To conduct interviews and induct production/ general workers.To initiate any disciplinary procedure and hold inquiries regarding workers.
- To maintain the factory discipline by implementing administrative policies and procedures.
- To take overall responsibility for general items purchase from local market.To arrange and supervise the company transport.
- To keep close coordination with all the departments.
- To plan, direct and coordinate for admin services of the organization,such as record keeping, mail distribution, telephone operator/ receptionist, and other office support service.
- To supervise the house keeping activities, horticulture and civil works.
- To arrange for inventory of furniture, fixture, vehicles, Cars and bike.
- To arrange for all kind of repair/ maintenance work of vehicles & furniture. To look after the matter regarding sale of scrape.
- To monitor the daily attendance and absenteeism of the employees.
