Capability Manager will guide and improve the way that businesses' management and foster collaboration within and between departments/function and client.

Minimum educational requirements generally include a bachelor's degree in business administration or computer/Data sciences.

Individual should have at least 2-4 years’ experience. Experience specially in FMCG market.

Should exhibit proficiency in many different BI Tools such as QV/BO Microsoft power BI, SPSS and Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel.

• Strong understanding of managerial and professional skill sets.

• Provide application analysis and data modeling design to collect data for centralized data warehouse.

• Extract data from BI tools and analyses data and share worthful business insight for client.

• Understand Stores audit concept.

• Proficient in the use of query and reporting analysis tools.

• Standardize data collection by developing methods for database design and validation reports.
