| Job Description: |
Provide full administrative and secretarial support at a senior level to the Director to ensure the smooth management of her day to day affairs, and most effective use of her time. Handle sensitive and complex issues in a professional and objective manner.
Basic Points:
· Screening phone calls and dealing with enquiries where appropriate
· Making appointments and planning daily diary
· Organising and attending meetings; sometimes taking minutes and ensuring well-prepared for meetings
· Replying to emails and post
· Booking travel arrangements and accommodation when necessary
· Assisting with projects their manager might be working on by researching or writing report. |
