| Job Description: |
- Create and analyze reports to monitor innovation projects like Delivery, Pickup etc. through Handheld Devices (HHD).
- Create presentations for project performances.
- Assist in testing new applications designed by Innovation team.
- Maintain follow-up with IT, vendors, business users etc. on issues, new requirements and ongoing projects received from business.
- Assist in preparing BRDs (Business Requirement Document), NIRs (New Initiative Request) and CRF(Change Request Form) for projects initiated by innovation team.
- Undertake project management and reporting as needed.
- Undertake research related work and participate in training.
- Lead and direct different cross-functional programs and projects of varied sizes and types concurrently.
