| Job Description: |
- Responsible for supporting all existing digital business and helping achieve team(s) digital goals through client retention and upsell.
- Work with clients on recommendations of creative team, landing pages, optimization and new solutions to help improve campaign performance and help clients scale.
- Responsible for organizing, confirming accuracy, delivering and reviewing client reporting. This will be a Monthly or quarterly business review, in-person as needed for major accounts.
- Manage pre-launch campaign checklist for new campaigns to make sure they are set up for success and to properly to hit Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
- Must have a strong overall digital knowledge of all products (Search, Social, email, SC, Display, etc.) as well as be an expert in several systems, (i.e. Salesforce, Google Analytics, Adwords, etc.)
- Will be working across sales, operations and marketing as needed to help accelerate digital growth
- Maintain professional working relationships with all customers and coworkers
