To plan, monitor and control curriculum.
To promote creative and innovative approaches to teaching, learning and develop resources to support this.
To act as mentor for teachers.
To motivate the teaching staff and the pupils to upgrade the academics.
To appraise the staff.
To act as an expert in subject area providing support and advice to the teaching staff.
To conduct pupil’s regular assessments and analysis of data.

To indentify, select and modify instructional resources to meet the need of the students with different backgrounds and learning styles.

To enhance herself professionally and conducting training sessions for teachers on regular basis.
