- To manage issues regarding vehicles like daily operations ,maintenance ,fuel consumption, drivers administration etc.

- To ensure the cleanliness around the office.

- Managing staff shared resources meeting room, Kitchen etc.

- To coordinate with maintenances department for construction, and misc electrical /mechanical issues.

- Company's Asset Management i.e. Furniture, Vehicles , Telephones , Air Conditioners etc.

- Handling guest issues.
