Job Description:

Position Purpose:

Responsible for the operations of CEP including social media marketing, external communications, networking events and corporate client marketing

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage and organize Continuing Education Programme (CEP)
  • Carried out research and developed business plans to determine the demand of different courses for this programme
  • To arrange and organize CEP welcome dinners, exhibitions and trips.
  • Coordination with CEP instructors as well as participants. 
  • Marketing of CEP by sending brochures and details of courses to top companies of Lahore
  • Searching of instructors at several universities including LUMS and arrange meetings to plan and conduct CEP sessions.
  • Plan schedule of different courses according to the availability of participants and instructors
  • Develop a structured networking environment for the CEP alumni and clients
  • Build CEP’s social media presence and create and maintain discussion forums aligned to CEP brand and marketing strategy
  • Responsible for ensuring coverage and CEP highlights in the university’s internal and external communications
  • Develop strong relationships with faculty and staff colleagues internal and external to CEP
  • Conduct and manage client/corporate surveys, from time to time, to track industry trends and innovation
  • Manage budget and revenue for CEP
  • Supervision of the subordinates
