Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing overall HR Functions. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to carry out following duties:
- Recuitment specialist, specially in south Punjab region.
- Coordinate, negotiate and liaise with employment and advertising agents on service fee, advertisement recruitment and interview schedules.
- Conduct interviews up to Senior Executive levels.
- Arrange interviews for management levels. Prepare Letter of Offer to selected candidates and Letter of Rejection to unsuccessful candidates.
- Review, update and maintain proper filing of insurance policy, HR handbook.
- Involve in yearly manpower planning and expansion - Conduct interview for management level.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Skills Required:
- Highly Organized.
- Recruitment specialist (Specially in small towns).
- Excellent presentation and writing skills.
