We are looking Python Django Developer under following conditions:

• 3+ years working Experience building real web applications for real people using a web framework like Django or Rails with either PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience with RESTful web services (Google Maps, etc.), JSON, XML.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX
• Solid SQL knowledge Demonstrated RDBMS experience (preferably MySQL or PostgreSQL).
• You have the ability to design effective data storage for the task at hand, and know how to optimize query performance along the way.
• Web server excellence preferably using Apache and Nginx.
• Linux expertise - with a BS in Computer Science or equivalent
• Memcached and RabbitMQ
• High-load experience
• Continuous integration experience (Jenkins)
• Experience with source control (git preferred)
• Passionate about delivering a delightful experience to users
• Experience deploying and hosting applications on Amazon Web Services, or other cloud environments
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming including algorithms, data structures, and design patterns
• Creative thinker with excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, fast learner with the ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to wear many different hats
• Attitude to thrive in a fun, fast-paced startup environment
• A working knowledge and enjoyment of usability and UX design

• An understanding of the trade-offs involved with TDD and pairing
• A GitHub profile with lots of code and experience contributing to open source projects
