Summary Responsible for providing real-time actionable integrated information to the organization regarding customer behavior attributes and overall banking operations. Primary responsibilities

Responsible for determining operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.

Guide in designing new reports by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; and writing specifications.

Analyze bank’s historical and current performance in the form of multi-dimensional reports and real time dashboards

Break down financial, operational and customer data into various segments to do a detailed analysis and get an in-depth business insight

Identify opportunities to develop forecasts, statistical models, and data-driven analyses to help the management in making data driven business decisions

Oversee all aspects of analytics and business intelligence projects

Identify opportunities for improving business processes through information systems and/or non-system driver changes; assist in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes.

Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.

Work with business stakeholders to define business KPI’s and ensure tracking on a routine basis.

Work with the IT/Software team to develop data quality and business intelligence reports

Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing BI help desk support; training users.
