1. Responsible for daily food preparation and cooking for three meals a day.
2. Ensure that the cooking area and preparation area are cleaned daily in accordance with hygiene requirements.
3. Responsible for daily/weekly inspection and keeping all refrigerators, cooking areas, etc. clean as required.
4. Keep regular inspection of all food raw materials and make sure all raw materials are within the shelf life.
5. Report kitchen equipment and accessories inventory, tableware inventory and inventory loss in time.
Requirements
1. 3-4 years working experience in Chinese restaurant kitchen
2. Good health and strong sense of responsibility
3. Love the catering industry and have team spirit
