• Internal credit control duties: supporting colleagues, and ensuring action are taken by them, in reducing the time taken to collect monies owed to the organization.

As a Credit Controller responsibilities will include the:

• Chasing outstanding debt
• Inputting payments onto the system
• Providing customer service
• Have previous, up-to-date experience in Credit Control
• Be analytical, methodical, and well organized
• Be able to use your own initiative
• Be able to build good internal relationships
• Maintain fair relationships with customers and handle any difficulties that may arise in a professional manner
• Process payments
• Chasing debt
• Liaise with customers, answering queries Reconciliations
• Liaising with customers and suppliers
• Liaising with internal directors across our base of offices
• Allocating cash
• Basic ledger work
