Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for providing a wide range of HR support to our organization, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of HR best practices and be able to balance the needs of employees and the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To support Director HCM in ensuring the department’s operations are running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Supervise onboarding activities, including new hire orientation, and training.
  • Support managers with employee relations issues, including investigating and resolving complaints and conflicts.
  • Support managers with performance management, including coaching and counseling employees and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and administration.
  • Experience with analytics tools and the ability to analyze data to inform content strategy.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Participate in HR projects and other initiatives as assigned.
