Qualitative MHPSS Activities

• Advising and monitoring the quality of MHPSS activities


• Providing technical supervision, capacity building and support for teams (Organization and/or partners)


• Implementing and monitoring the quality of MHPSS treatment (following protocols, adapting protocols, content of training, organizing the healthcare pathway, etc.)


• Ensuring joint implementation of MHPSS and medical activities


• Creating and disseminating tools, guidelines, and training materials


• Planning resources (logistics, finance, HR) to implement qualitative activities


• Make recommendations and proposals to modify and adapt activities and identify opportunities to develop new activities

Management

• Managing and leading a team (information, setting objectives, monitoring activities, managing leave, recruitment, discipline, security, training, skills management).


• Advising, arbitrating, and supporting measures to be taken in the event of difficulties, malfunctions, and incidents

Coordination

• Identifying national and regional actors in the theme and leading the relevant network


• Being the technical representative of organization with authorities, partners, and other NGOs


• Designing and conducting needs and impact assessments related to MHPSS


• Contribute to the the project planification (evaluation, implementation, monitoring, evaluation)


• Monitoring the budget for these activities and contributing to the construction of the budget

Monitoring and reporting

• Designing and monitoring activities


• Implementing and monitoring data collection, managing and training teams, compiling, and analyzing data


• Contributing to writing MHPSS components of draft projects and donor reports


• Writing activity reports, capitalization reports, summaries, etc.
