Candidate must have the following:

1. Punctuality

2. Must be well groomed/ clean

3. Should not have any bad habit of eating Chalia or Gutkha

4. Must be well experienced and well behaved

5. Must posses minimum of 4 to 5 years experience in hair cutting, beard cutting/ setting

6. Must posses the knowledge of doing facials.

7. Its a plus if he has knowledge about chemical works, hair rebounding, keratin, extension and fashion dye.

8. Should be well mannered and respectful to the job.
