| Job Description: |
- Overseeing the financial operations at site.
- Prepares cash payment vouchers with support
- Entry of the cash payment vouchers in the “Transaction Listing”;
- Entry of the Advance (s) sanctioned in the Advances sheet. After clearance, making entry in the advances sheet to reflect the results
- Preparation of base payroll and wages sheet on monthly basis
- Preparation of vendors billing report on monthly basis
- Ensuring compliance with SOPs
- Coordination with line manager and other department seniors on various issues related to the job
- Fund management, timely request for funds to avoid fund shortages
- Keeping record of staff foods
- Preparation and entry of cash vouchers in transaction listing
- Preparation of base payroll and wages
- Update Advance details
- Timely preparation of vendors reports
