- Good knowledge of Sourcing Candidates
- Able to conduct interviews for all type of staff
- Strong knowledge of cv scrutiny
- Knowledge of head hunting/competitors
- Can conduct typing test, written test, online meetings etc
- Good at preparing recruitment reports
- Able to manage and update data in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
- Good communication skills in Urdu/English
