Reports to: Senior Finance Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for an ambitious Jr Accounts And Admin Executive to provide support to the finance and admin department by managing daily day to day tasks. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Initiate procurement cycle and processing as per the standard financial guidelines and company requirements.
• Coordinate with the vendors to initiate purchasing service requests, obtaining of quotations, creation of comparatives and obtaining approvals with the relevant HODs / Business Managers.
• Creation of Purchase requisitions & Purchase orders as per Ad-hoc requests.
• Maintaining accurate & complete database for all requests, PR, POs, Invoices and Payment Vouchers including approvals.
• Assist in timely processing of payments, advances, and reimbursements.
• Any other relevant task assigned by supervisor.

• A good grasp of IT technology / computer literacy.
• Sound administrative and secretarial skills.
• An ability to work independently, set priorities and manage workload.
• Excellent interpersonal skills both face-to-face and over the phone.
