Liftrank Media started life as a digital marketing agency providing dedicated marketing agents to clients in the UK. We are now evolving into a full scale BPO business providing remote staffing to clients in the UK. We work with clients in financial services, insolvency, and legal sector to provide remote staff based in our service center overseas. The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have inbound and outbound call center experience. They should have knowledge and expertise in managing and addressing customer’s queries in a timely manner. They should possess good communication skills.
Responsibilities
• Communicating with clients through an in and out-bound calling system.
• To attend all calls and make calls to customers which were missed.
• Updating clients’ issues in CRM after identifying the appropriate campaign.
• Call center agent experience is must.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• CRM experience is preferred
Remuneration
We provide market competitive salary. It is possible to increase salary when 3 months probationary period is completed on performance basis.
