| Job Description: |
- Preparation of SOP for various risky areas in consultation with the Deputy CEO.
- Pre Audit of Raw material purchase in order to ensure the correct amount is being paid in respect of
- Approved rates and quantity received.
- Verification of sales and preparation of daily sales analysis.
- Monthly Stock counts of Raw material and Finished goods.
- Ensure the timely posting of bank receipts and bank payments in order to minimize pendency.
- Weekly/on-demand audit of customers and vendors ledgers to ensure the correct amount is being
- received and paid respectively.
- Verification of monthly bank reconciliation.
- Auditing payroll to ensure that the correct amount of salary is being paid to employees.
- Audit of other daily transactions.
- Performing other tasks on-demand from Deputy CEO and CEO.
