We are looking for Software Support Specialist. As a member of the team, you will be learning and working with clients who are using our solutions in the context of the largest ERP systems. As such you will be exposed to all those amazing technologies and solutions. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Primarily responsible for efficient and effective analysis and resolution of customer issues related to software products.
• Correspondence with clients & inter-departmental communication.
•  Log, identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to software products.
• Use the ticketing system and other software to maintain data-related issues and respective resolutions.
• Frequent coordination and follow-up with clients / other stakeholders to ensure that tickets are timely closed.
• Continuously learn and update product knowledge
• Collaborate with peers and other departments to resolve the issues.
• Document and track all your activities in the ticketing system.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical Degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Enterprise-level Architecture Design principles, patterns, and standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Good verbal and written communications.
• Must have good organizational skills.
• Able to follow detailed written instructions.
