Job Description:

BATIK is looking for an HR / Talent Acquisition Specialist to perform all HR / Talent Acquisition related functions of the company as per process/instructions that include but not limited to.

  • Develop a talent acquisition framework and maintain a talent funnel in line with the company’s strategic goals and annual operating plan.

  • Design, plan and execute pre-selection, selection, and post-selection processes thereby managing the full cycle recruitment process following best recruitment strategies to market, attract, screen, evaluate, induct and engage suitable candidates, hence enhancing diversity, performance, culture, and retention in company.

  • Conduct reference checks on possible finalizations.

  • Ensure that all job descriptions, requirements, and position objectives are up to date and accurate based on intake meetings and position needs.

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and use of sourcing tools.

  • Maintain attendance, benefits, performance records and other HR related functions of employees onboard.

  • Prepare/maintain employee performance reports.

  • Conduct learning and development needs assessment through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with managers.

  • Develop learning and development programs, awareness sessions and workshops as per organizational needs.

  • Proactively lead activities around performance planning and evaluation.

  • Coordinate and facilitate the performance monitoring and evaluation process, meetings and relevant reporting.

  • Research and work towards new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and performance optimization.

  • Maintain a healthy ongoing communication/relationship with all staff.

  • Keep the company updated with latest HR trends and best practices.

  • Any other task assigned by Management
