Job responsibilities:

Primarily responsible for evaluation adequacy and usefulness of Bank’s technological resources are adequately supporting business objectives of controls on the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information customer adequacy of the policies, procedures and practices implemented by the NRSP bank at branches and suggesting changes for improvement in Branches.

1.     Formulate and Executes the annual IS audit plan and periodic IS audit strategy as per regulatory and bank’s Internal policy requirements.

2.     Lead the implementation and monitoring of the IS audit plan and provide monthly updates to the Head Internal Audit on progress and outcome of IS audits in the Bank.

3.     Review and assess the nature and adequacy of IT processes and controls, in line with Generally accepted standards and control frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001 ETC).

4.     Evaluate and review IS policies and procedures. Perform Risk Assessment, vulnerability Assessment and Prepare and perform audit work programs and other assigned tasks in a professional manner to ensure complete analysis of specific tasks performed.

5.     Identifies causes or contributing factors to problems and investigates, analyses and test possible solutions or options for improvement.

6.     Follows up on audit findings to ensure that management has taken corrective action(s).

7.     Any Other Task Assigned by Management.

Qualification:            Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or in Project Management. Preferably Master or equivalent from HEC recognized institution.

 Certification:            CISA (certification will be added advantage)

  Experience:               Minimum three (3) years experience in System Reviews / Information System Audit.

 Job Location:            Presently Bahawalpur to be shifted to Islamabad in near future.
