Job Description: |
We at Naqsha Pvt Ltd. have an opening for HR Manager.
- We require someone to take over the HR department and bring innovative ideas and solutions to the HR department.
HR-related tasks, including but not limited to
- Recruitment and Selection.
- Maintaing required percent of Applicants on different posts.
- Welcome new applicants to the organization by providing orientation.
- Provide payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
- Maintains employee's confidence and protects information by keeping human resources information confidential.
- Maintains quality services by following organization standards.
- Maintaining Compensation and Benefits positioning.
