Job Description: |
"We are looking for a Head of Growth for a renowned organic beauty and skin care brand based in Lahore, Pakistan."
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive the customer insights, Customer conversions and retention programs necessary to power growth
- Develop, implement and govern KPIs reporting for the portfolio of programs, providing visibility to the milestones and performance across all initiatives.
- Provide oversight and guidance to cross-functional project teams, planning and executing complex projects across multiple stakeholders and simultaneously to enable the launch of new projects and processes.
- Support the strategic planning process, the annual, quarterly, and monthly rhythm of business.
- Design user journey to facilitate and encourage users discover products by different channels such as Campaigns, search or CRM.
- Design solutions that incentivize users to make purchasing decisions while optimizing the cost of investment.
- End-to-end campaign management, close coordination on planning, execution and SOP creation within a specified cluster.
- Analyze Category Product performance, not limited to analyzing product assortment and price competitiveness with clear insight.
- Coordinate campaign tasks with Commercial, Traffic Ops and MKT and ensure all pertinent project information is communicated to stakeholders involved for continual monitoring of progress.
- Close coordination with seller engagement team to maximize seller participation in different campaigns.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external departments.
- Experience in one or more of the following industries would be an added advantage: FMCG/Electronics/Fashion/Lifestyle/Ecommerce.
- Broad experience in driving coordination and project execution.
- Demonstrated experience proactively recognizing a challenge or problem and working with a variety of teams and data sources to diagnose the problem and recommend solutions.
- Strong business acumen with strong critical thinking and analysis skills.
- Knowledge on Online Marketing (Google Ads, SEO, PPC) would be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools (especially Excel) and Google Applications.
- Highly motivated and able to demonstrate strong academic and professional experience
Eligibility Criteria/Qualification:
- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a top reputed University
- 5-6 years of experience in Marketing/Campaign Planning Role
