A UAE based Design Agency with their back office in Karachi is looking for a Senior Front-End Web Developer to produce and oversee our client’s projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, debugging and deploying responsive websites for the company. Using Wordpress, Custom PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, this candidate will be able to translate user and business needs into functional websites.

Responsibilities:

• Developing website projects, from start to delivery
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Work with client-service team to ensure projects remain on-time and with quality
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously

Skills Requirements:

• Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5
• Strong expertise with Wordpress, Custom PHP, Laravel, Javascript, HTML & CSS
• Must be able to deliver Responsive, SEO-Friendly, Cross-browser compatible and fast speed websites
• Good understanding of AJAX, jquery and JavaScript
• Familiar with UI layouts, SASS, bootstrap and the CSS GRID system
• Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications.
• Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
• Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages.
• Strong understanding of PHP back-end development.
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
• Problem-solving skills
• Good time management skills
• Communication in English is a big plus
• Ecommerce website experience is a big plus
