Minimum 5 years of hands-on testing experience in a .Net and other Web technologies with a team lead role and experience.

• The Senior QA Engineer is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Quality Assurance testing, overall system quality and providing second level application technical support.
• Under indirect supervision, follow applications through the software development life cycle from creating test plans and manual test cases.

QA Job Duties

• Interpreting requirements and design to come up with end to end test plans/scenarios and overall test strategy.
• Deliver create release documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders on creating timely deliverables.
• Create Unit Test scripts, knowledge project deployment.
• Conduct system performance testing to ensure system reliability, capacity, and scalability.
• Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for defect fixes.
• Interfaces with team to ensure thorough end to end testing
• Resolves or escalates second level help desk tickets
•  Keep up-to-date of development technology, testing tools and business domain.
• Working understanding of SQL databases and ability to write SQL statements to add/retrieve data (Query Analyzer)
• Customer service oriented, great team player and collaborator, good communicator.
•  Interact with the project team to gain an understanding of the application requirements and conformance criteria.
• Supporting the implementation of project test plans and help establish software testing best practices while ensuring project QA goals/metrics are met.

Requirements

• Experience in leading teams
• 5+ years of experience with QA 
•  Experience in Automation Testing and Automation methodologies
•  Knowledge of Asp dot net Store Front.
• Knowledge of Microsoft E-Commerce, WordPress
• Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL Server, MySQL & etc.)
• Solid understanding of QA tools including automation and load testing
•  Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Must be a self-starter, be organized and have good interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience in testing responsiveness of web application
• Hands-on experience in web security tools like Selenium, JMeter, OWSAP and etc.
• Experience with writing test plans and test cases.
•  Basic understanding of agile framework and methodologies
• Experience with testing on multiple platforms/environments.(Website, Mobiles etc)
• Experience in using quality control processes to ensure that products, deliverables, and data are standardized and accurate.
