Job Title: Field Supervisor
Duty Station: Rawalpindi and Lahore
Reporting to: Project Coordinator

Social Capital Development, Education & literacy, Primary Healthcare, Livelihood & Food Security, Sustainable Environment and Partnerships are key pillars of our program.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Field supervisor in consultation with Project manager /coordinator will supervise and facilitate all field activities.
2. Identify and mitigate gaps at field level.
3. Daily data verification at HH level.
4. Supportive supervision for field staff (SOs and CHWs)
5. In consultation with Field coordinator, plan and organize EPI activities for U5 in field.
6. In consultation with Field coordinator, plan and address the social deterrents contributing to harmful practices, misconceptions and myths related to women and child health.
7. In consultation with Field coordinator, track migration through VDOs and street committees
8. Attend VDO /street committee meeting before NIDs/sNIDs
9. Mobilize VDO/Street committees effectively to achieve the project goal.
Language Required
- Pashtu is mandatory, English and Urdu
Minimum Requirement
Qualification & Experience: Masters in Public Health, Social Sciences, Nursing, Experience of Social Mobilizationand supervion for ,ComNet,EPI and LHWp with excellent team management supervisory, communication and persuasive skills.
Skill Set:
A dynamic leader with exceptional written and oral communication skills strongly networked within civil society, EPI,Health,LHWp, all types of donors and other critical stakeholders having proven track record of Health,EPI and WASH project management, strategic networking, and alliance building with demonstrated experience of working with leading I /NGOs under Public Private Partnership modalities. . Must be local and fluent in Pashtu, familiar with cultural & religious sensitivity of Pashtun culture, and challenges for Health issues and polio eradication.
